PLAN 571 - Landscape Preservation Workshop

Examines the legal and practical issues involved in the conservation of rural landscapes including the settings of historic structures. Reviews the justification for landscape preservation, and the various planning strategies that could be employed to preserve landscapes, including land use regulations, tax incentives, and conservation easements.
