PC 523 - The Project Manager and Managing the Project Team

The first part of the course introduces students to the managerial challenges facing a project team. Various methodologies, tools, and techniques that a project manager and his/her team can use to meet these challenges will be explored. The second part of the course introduces students to the variety of roles that the project manager plays while managing a project. Many challenges and pressures are explored.
