EDLF 880 - Leadership Assessment and Development

Analysis of the research related to leadership effectiveness with an emphasis on the individual as a leader and the role of educational leaders in the management of human resources. Participants use leadership assessment procedures and programmed simulation to provide indicators of individual leadership style and effectiveness. (E)
