CE 746 - Groundwater Modeling

Introduces the fundamentals of modeling groundwater systems. Emphasizes the evaluation, development, and application of computer models. Modeling techniques include analytical solutions, finite difference and finite element methods, particle tracking, and inverse modeling. Models are applied to flow and transport in saturated and unsaturated groundwater systems. (Y)
