Master of Materials Science in MSE

The M.M.S.E. degree in MSE emphasizes classroom and sometimes laboratory learning, and requires that the student complete satisfactorily thirty course credits beyond the B.S. level. The M.M.S.E. program follows the M.S. degree requirements except that the one-credit seminar course is not required for students enrolled in the distance learning program. Up to six credits of elective courses may be earned in faculty-supervised independent study or advanced topics courses.
