J.D.-M.P.P. (Public Policy)

The Law School offers a dual-degree program with the Batten School of Public Policy that leads to both the J.D. and the M.P.P. degrees in four years, instead of the five required if each degree was pursued independently. Candidates must be admitted separately to both the Law School and the Batten School. No students are admitted to the program after completing the first year of either Law or Batten, although application to one school may be made by a first-year student at the other. After successfully completing the first-year program of each school, students must meet the degree requirements of both schools to complete the program.
