MED 9421 - Patient Student Partnership 3

Students continue to check-in as appropriate for their health conditions, attend their patient’s health system appointments, and advocate for their patient with the health care team. They will mentor a first year student who is taking over as student partner to their patient. The main task of this phase is preparing a summary of their patient’s conditions and status of care for the first year student.
