LPPS 6751 - Evidence-based criminal justice policy Effective Start Date: 04/27/2018 There is widespread interest across the political spectrum in reforming criminal justice policy in the United States. The challenge for policy-makers and practitioners is finding cost-effective strategies to reach their policy goals. In this course we consider the latest economics research on a variety of topics related to the criminal justice system, with the intention of understanding how to make related policies more evidence-based.
