KINE 6400 - Changing Behavior to Improve Diet and Physical Activity Effective Start Date: 04/19/2017 Despite routine recommendations on dietary intake and physical activity, the majority of individuals living in the US do not meet these guidelines. This course is focused on understanding human behavior and how dietary and activity behavior can be changed to improve public health. Special emphasis will be on factors affecting food selection and dietary intake as well as influencing consumer behavior.
