COMM 3220 - Database Management Systems and Business Intelligence Effective Start Date: 08/01/2013 Provides an introduction to the management of database systems and how business intelligence can be used for competitive advantage. The course uses an applied, problem-based approach to teach students the fundamentals of relational systems including data models, database architectures, database manipulations (e.g., SQL), and BI tools.
Prerequisite: Undergraduate Commerce or Instructor Permission
