MUSI 2450 - Managing Anxiety and Improving Performance with Alexander Technique This course introduces and offers practical experience with the Alexander Technique. The Technique helps performers, people who suffer from anxiety and people who wish for a more fluid and friendly connection with everyday movement. The Technique helps us to improve our public speaking, our musical and/or athletic performance, and to find a calmer more centered approach to the activities of everyday life. It has been taught for over 100 years.
