ISSS 4454 - Emotional Intelligence

Examines emotional intelligence as a set of skills that can be learned which include social competence in relationships, empathy, self-motivation, and controlling one’s impulses. Examines literature in order to be familiar with research relevant to the understanding of emotional intelligence and offers an opportunity to conduct self-evaluations of one’s own emotional literacy.
