PPOL 7035 - Cost-Benefit Analysis This course aims to teach students how to use and conduct cost-benefit (and cost-effectiveness) analysis as a means of analyzing how policies or programs will affect social well-being from an economic perspective. We will focus on general principles that can be used to analyze a variety of problems. The class is structured to give students substantial practice at program or policy analysis. .
