BIOL 2757 - Science Writing: Creative Approaches to Biology & Ecology

Writing is fundamental to the practice of science. We write about individual organisms, ecosystems, and patterns, to record our findings and to reach broader audiences. This course will aim to make students better writers as they communicate both inside scientific communities and with the public. Students will be inspired by their experience of observing at MLBS to create poems, environmental essays and longer works.
