EDHS 589-4 - Exercise Psychology This course examines the factors that influence participation and adherence in exercise and other forms of physical activity. Students explore personal and contextual factors that inhibit and contribute to physical activity across the lifespan. In addition, models of exercise behavior and effective strategies for intervention are discussed. (SS)
