EDHS 730 - Multicultural Counseling An exploration of the cognitive, affective and behavioral considerations of counseling culturally diverse client groups. Accordingly, counseling theories and programmatic approaches relevant to the mental health needs and concerns of these groups are introduced. This includes an examination of how cultural attributes, strategies, and coping skills, as they are used in selected groups, can be effectively synthesized into the counseling process. (SS)
