ARCH 544 - Computer Graphics


The course provides both a theoretical and an intensive hands-on overview of computer aided design. Process, methodology, and technique are all explored. It focuses on applications that are useful within the incoming graduate design studios in architecture and landscape architecture. Topics include 3D solid modeling, rendering, image-processing, color-table manipulation, montage, lighting, animation, and combined media techniques. (SS)
