SOC 810 - Gender Stratification and Feminist Theory
The course combines a focus on a general theory of gender stratification as a framework for examining gender stratification cross-historically and cross-culturally; an introduction to feminist theory that examines a broad array of contemporary feminist theories, most focused on the U.S., and topics based on the specific interests of the students in the course.
