PPOL 740 - Legal and Moral Reasoning for Public Policy This seminar will explore uses of legal and moral analysis in the American political culture through case studies of current policy problems. The range of possible case studies includes organ transplantation, tobacco control, immunization, mental health policy, and physician-assisted suicide. Course is designed to introduce MPP students to the basic structure of American law. (Y)
