LAW4 770 - Antitrust and Intellectual Property

This is a course devoted to the legal issues that arise at the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property. The course deals with the doctrinal and practical tension between the two bodies of law, and the degree to which antitrust law may sometimes constrain the exercise of patents, copyrights, and trademarks.
