LAW4 768 - Intellectual Property: Copyright II - Advanced Topics

A course designed for students with a deep interest in copyright and its underlying theory, this class will be divided into two halves. During the first half of the semester, we will cover in greater depth the doctrine and policy of two topics for which coverage during the introductory copyright class is necessarily incomplete: international copyright regulation and digital copyright.
