LAW7 608 - Colloquium in American Legal History

This is a reading and discussion course in selected topics in the history and historiography of American law. Topics for consideration may include the law of accidents, debtor-creditor relations, Native American rights, judicial review, juvenile justice, immigration and citizenship, legal thought, and the civil rights revolution.
