GNUR 590 - Health Policy: Local to Global Surveys policy decisions related to the organization, financing, and delivery of health care. Examines social, ethical, political, economic, and ideological forces shaping American health policy and the delivery of health care, as well as the roles and influence of providers and consumers of health care services, and government, corporate, and entrepreneurial interests. Emphasizes informed participation in policy-making processes and the impact of health policy on professional practice and health service. (S-SS)
