GCNL 504 - The Clinical Nurse Leader in the Healthcare System

The course offers a framework for a conceptual analysis of the CNL role with advanced application of leadership skills to actual and/or simulated problems. Students explore the context of professional nursing in the health care system, standards of ethical nurse leadership and higher level theories involving lateral integration of care and organizational culture.
