RELG 571 - The Victorian Crisis of Faith: Its Religious and Literary Expressions

Studies the religious dilemmas at the center of English thought in the 19th century, from the time of Keble’s Assize sermon and the advent of the Oxford Movement into the period of Thomas Hardy.
