ISBU 350 - Gender in the Workplace

This course explores how gender influences women’s and men’s experiences in the workplace by looking at theories of sex-segregation and wage differentiation within and among organizations; and how sex-role stereotypes, cultural beliefs, and communication patterns influence women’s and men’s personal and professional relationships within the workplace.
