NUIP 417 - Issues in Contemporary Nursing Practice

Examines the issues and trends of greatest concern to nursing today. Explores the historical and societal influences on the evolution of nursing, its current status, and its future direction. Discusses the economic, social, cultural, and legal/ethical influences on nursing practice in today’s rapidly changing health care environment. (Y)
